Delay, or Procrastination

It's been a week working on the "Audio Project," and I'm slowly working through the requests from the client. A majority of the songs on the list have been captured, and I've been listening to them over and over again. So far, I'm glad that I am working on this slowly because I realized that I missed three specific things they said throughout the instructions/requests. All the songs I had to capture are in Adobe's Audition Mix-Session so I can see where they fit. So far, I noticed how long this is taken to get the songs and to fit them in, and I'm not sure if I can get this done for my Client within the short turn around. I'm thinking she might need to find someone else. Music and Audio were never one of my strong fields, mostly due to my lack of hearing minute details. The last thing about this project, I find myself working on it during the day, between when I get off work to when the kids get out of school. I have headphones, but they are not the greatest and I usually have people constantly wanting my attention. Today I did put together the first version, but I want to listen to it a few times before I take notes and maybe make adjustments before sending her a copy.
ROBOTECH VALKYRE - DAY: 24 WORKING HOURS: 22hr 32min
Not much was done for the Robotech Valkyre. I kept running into a mental roadblock over what needs to be done on the model and how detailed should it be. With how much that needs to be done, I'm concerned, and scared, that I'm not going to make it look as awesome as it should be. Tuesday, I spent two hours working on the Project. I had stripped away some of the extra edges that made no sense and made sure the moving objects were clear. Then marked edges, unwrap, subdivided and the threw in some extra edges to sharpen the creases. This morning I made a copy of the most recent file and made the Mech animate from the plane to Battleoid. The new Graphic Card is cranking through the animation much faster. Now I want to upload it onto YouTube and share how it looks on this Blog, but I don't think people need to see this outrageous animation and feel empowered slamming it when I know, it's a work in progress.
