Another Week of Spinning Wheels.

Not much progress was made this week.

I worked on the eye. Realizing that it needs to see all around, I moved it forward and created a cavity for it to sit in. It also needed laser targeting. I set in onto the eye itself, so it could actually be effective. My next step for it in UV lights for night vision.

I remade to arm. After toying with the original, I realized this one is not going to work out. The arm looks good but I didn't think was good enough to deal with modifications and carvings. The new one will allow me to make it telescopic. In addition, I made the arm into two separate objects, an upper and lower. I have not started on the hand.

The re-topography is still not done. I'm not sure if it's the vacation, how the model is turning out, or maybe because I'm not at my actual desk, but Blender is no longer exciting. I'm going to let my Sister know that the special project is definatly delayed.
